On
July 8th, 2004 Tommy Chong was released from Federal Prison in Taft,
California. He had been sentenced to nine months in prison for allowing
his son to use his name and face for their custom glass company
which did alot of business over the internet. The official charge
was selling drug paraphernalia over state lines.
